This equipment and connectivity is located in a secure Network Operating Center (NOC) that is monitored 24 hours a day and accessible by authorized users only. We protect our customers and ourselves with UPS and generator power backup, and fail-safe RAID disk arrays.

History of ISOMEDIA
ISOMEDIA began in Redmond, WA in 1991 using Sony's first high-end equipment to burn CD's. ISOMEDIA quickly expanded into helping companies burn data onto disks as a backup and worked with more than 300 different systems to help make client's data compatible with the systems that companies they work with use.
ISOMEDIA now has a diverse product and service offering, focusing primarily on Internet services. For the last several years, ISOMEDIA has aggressively expanded its business via acquisition and organic revenue growth. ISOMEDIA currently serves a large, regional ISP customer base, while focusing mainly on the business marketplace.

In 1994, ISOMEDIA's Internet Service Provider (ISP) operations started as an outgrowth of the company's data processing division. Since then the company has implemented many major network enhancements. ISOMEDIA is now a full-solution provider of Internet-related products and services that cater to local businesses as well as provide complex solutions to companies with a national presence. ISOMEDIA offers a wide spectrum of options backed by a high-capacity network and customer-focused support. A full range of services provide everything from DSL services and T1 lines to national dialup, hosting, server colocation and consulting for individuals and businesses interested in connecting to the Internet.
